Dispatcher - driver support (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Bright Cross Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
