Dispatcher - driver support (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Wren Freight and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
