Dispatcher - driver support (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Umber Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 624 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
