Dispatcher - driver support (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Stone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tulsa, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
