Dispatcher - driver support (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Cedar Inspection Services is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
