Dispatcher - driver support (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around St. Louis. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
