Dispatcher - driver support (St. Louis, MO)

Bright Cedar Inspection Services is an inspection company in St. Louis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
