Dispatcher - driver support (Spokane, WA)

Northwind Quarry Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Spokane, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling landfill records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of landfill records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
