Dispatcher - driver support (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Keystone Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
