Dispatcher - driver support (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Yarrow Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling claims on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of claims. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
