Dispatcher - driver support (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Environmental Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
