Dispatcher - driver support (Rochester, NY)

Northwind Stone Farms is an agricultural business based around Rochester, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
