Dispatcher - driver support (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Umber Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
