Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Meridian Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
