Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Stone Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling cold storage on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of cold storage. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
