Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Farms Group is an agricultural business based around San Jose, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of grower contracts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
