Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Bright Cedar Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Orlando with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
