Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Sparrow Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
