Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Fernwood Cedar Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of equipment calibration. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
