Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Ironwood Juniper Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for recycling loads, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
