Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Harborlight Forge Inspection Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
