Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
