Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Bright Birch Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Pittsburgh region, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling grower contracts on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of grower contracts. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
