Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Bright Cross Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Indianapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 959 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
