Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Westbrook Quarry Freight is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 988 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
