Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Greenridge Keystone Environmental Services Group is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
