Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Fernwood Lakeside Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Louisville. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
