Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Greenridge Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling certifications on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of certifications. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
