Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Raleigh with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
