Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Ironwood Stone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Des Moines with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 696 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
