Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Rivermark West Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Minneapolis, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling client sites on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of client sites. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
