Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Nova Hollow Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Madison. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. We reward reliability. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of proof of delivery. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
