Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Houston with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration.
