Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Clearpath Mill Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Atlanta with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 608 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling fleet maintenance on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of fleet maintenance. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
