Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Hollow Farms and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 150 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling seasonal crews on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of seasonal crews. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
