Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Yarrow Environmental Services Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a large organisation of about 740 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling weigh tickets on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of weigh tickets.
