Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Rivermark Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Madison, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling scheduling on changes. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of scheduling. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
