Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling equipment calibration on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
