Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Basin Inspection Services and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Coordinate with the teams handling field inspections on changes. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
