Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Foxglove Wren Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Miami, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling proof of delivery on changes. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
