Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Bright Meridian Inspection Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
