Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Clearpath Forge Freight is a Indianapolis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling customer tracking on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of customer tracking. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
