Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Harbor Farms Group and adding a Dispatcher whose main responsibility will be driver support. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling packing house output on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of packing house output. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
