Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Northwind Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in El Paso. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. What we are looking for • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
