Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Ironwood Hollow Environmental Services is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling service complaints on changes. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of service complaints. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
