Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Redstone Lakeside Freight Partners moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Albuquerque. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling dock schedules on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of dock schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
