Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Nova Birch Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Phoenix with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Dispatcher to lead our driver support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Coordinate with the teams handling collection routes on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Knowledge of collection routes. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
