Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Westbrook Basin Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Denver. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate with the teams handling test reports on changes. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Track progress and update customers on timing. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with routing software. • Knowledge of test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
