Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Bright Orchard Farms Partners is looking for a Dispatcher. The job centres on driver support for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Coordinate with the teams handling field records on changes. • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Clear voice and good local knowledge. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. Nice to have • Knowledge of field records. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
