Dispatcher - driver support (remote)

Stonegate Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Dispatcher to take on driver support. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Assign jobs and routes to drivers and crews. • Solve problems on the road such as delays, breakdowns and access issues. • Record hours and mileage accurately. • Coordinate with the teams handling recycling loads on changes. • Track progress and update customers on timing. What we are looking for • Experience in dispatch, driving or scheduling. • Calm decision-making under pressure. • Clear voice and good local knowledge. Nice to have • Knowledge of recycling loads. • Experience with routing software. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
